Serco Inc. in Pascagoula, MS seeks a Waterfront Production Support Analyst to oversee daily conditions at HII Ingalls Shipyard and support production engineers and waterfront technicians to improve efficiency, quality, and safety for Navy programs.

You will monitor progress, document discrepancies, and report trends to the Government team, while developing simple trackers and preparing discrepancy reports to support timely resolutions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience in shipyard production environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Able to move around ships in an industrial setting.

Mansioni

• Monitor production progress, ensure compliance to ship specifications, and document discrepancies for the Government team.
• Brief SUPSHIP or PMS 400D personnel on significant conditions or trends.
• Assemble or construct simple production progressing tools and trackers.
• Identify ship discrepancies and provide solutions recommendations.
• Verify Care and Protection methods during construction.
• Review trial cards to ensure issues are corrected per specs.
• Conduct production surveillance using established methods.
• Prepare trial card and discrepancy reports.
• Develop reports on production completeness for systems, spaces, and units.
• Update readiness for key events using milestone trackers.
