INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Production Controller I to coordinate work orders, maintenance documentation, and production tracking for a federal customer.

You will ensure accurate tracking, routing, and reporting of ship repair and modernization activities while coordinating with technical teams, planners, and leadership. The role requires an active security clearance and hands-on experience with shipboard systems maintenance, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools.

Formación

• Active secret clearance required to be considered for this position.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process, track, prepare, and report ship repair and modernization activities using government-m mandated software.
• Maintain accurate production records, trackers, and visual aids of maintenance work status.
• Develop proficiency with the VSB database to retrieve and print AWRs and support routing.
• Enter and maintain AWRs in departmental tracking databases with accurate statuses and dates.
• Coordinate with SMEs and Planners on work requiring acceptance, CO concerns, and CASREPs.
• Review AWRs for accuracy and track maintenance jobs from initiation to routing completion.
• Prepare weekly ship briefs and compile post-brief reports for leadership.
