Serco Inc. is seeking a Sr. Waterfront Production Support Analyst to support US Navy shipbuilding oversight in Pascagoula, MS.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and focuses on tracking construction progress, reporting discrepancies, and driving improvements in cost, schedule, and quality. You will work with the program management team to analyze data, develop corrective actions, and communicate findings through formal reports and briefings.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of related experience.
Experience in ship construction techniques and methods.
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
Excellent oral and technical writing skills.

Mansioni

Monitor the production efforts of your assigned ship, reporting progress and disruptions.
Inspect ship during construction to ensure specifications; document and report deficiencies.
Develop and recommend solutions to Navy to improve cost, schedule and quality.
Investigate production concerns, report findings and help develop solutions to keep ships on plan.
Track and monitor installation of equipment and changes.
Provide information and help develop program reports.
Analyze data to identify trends and potential problems for the program.
Other duties as assigned.
