Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Master Planner to own the flow of ship construction across the shipyard and maintain the integrated master schedule. You will work with manufacturing leadership and facilities to define critical path activities and schedule windows for multi-ship programs.

The role requires coordinating with the Facilities team to understand station capabilities and constraints, ensuring the plan remains ambitious yet achievable and updated as programs evolve.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in shipyard production planning, scheduling, or master planning.
• Strong CPM-based scheduling tool proficiency (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Understanding of ship construction flow from fabrication to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ship plan showing how vessels move through yard work stations.
• Define work station sequencing and loading across concurrent ship builds.
• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule tying all trades and facilities.
