Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks a Management Systems Coordinator to support D451 Instrumentation Services and other engineering teams with data acquisition and information systems for shipyard test and troubleshooting.

You will handle network administration, implement security requirements, and provide user support for classified and unclassified systems, including audits and patches. You will collaborate with engineers, other sysadmins, EB security, and the US Navy daily.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, IT, or information systems.
• 2+ years in level 2 desktop support or desktop/network support.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows settings and Active Directory.
• Experience with networking topologies and group policy.
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide network administration and security compliance for data acquisition systems.
• Perform weekly audits, antivirus updates, patches, and security plan updates.
• Interface with engineers, other sysadmins, EB security, and Navy.
