Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–5 years post-graduate engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Preferred: experience with industrial I&C systems and naval programs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining cost and schedule estimates.
• Preparing technical recommendations to the customer.
• Reviewing deliverables from internal and external organizations.
• Eliciting, managing, and validating equipment and interface requirements with cognizant engineers across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Developing system architecture concepts, including evaluation of alternatives.
• Developing and maintaining system models in an MBSE environment.
• Maintaining a prototypical hardware and software development lab for the life of the boat.
• Writing technical manuals and procedures for operating and maintaining equipment.
• Supporting system operational testing, including procedure development and test execution.
