Job summary

Safecor Health is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator in Woburn, MA. The role involves posting and picking orders, ensuring proper packaging, and processing shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Manager, and the QAD ERP system.

You will monitor freight charges, stage orders for daily pickup, and interact with drivers while maintaining a neat, safe warehouse. Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm with occasional 6:30pm shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs with pallet jack; up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills expected.
• Forklift license desired.

Responsibilities

• Post and pick completed orders.
• Package and handle orders correctly.
• Process orders through shipping software (UPS WorldShip or FedEx Manager).
• Enter transactions in the ERP system (QAD).
• Monitor and enter freight charges; mark orders shipped.
• Stage orders for daily pickup; interact with drivers.
