• Experience with shipping documentation and coordinating freight preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and verify shipping documents.
• Enter and update inventory, orders, and shipments in ERP.
• Coordinate shipping schedules with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Communicate order status with vendors, customers and departments.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.
