Job summary
Hubergroup USA, INC in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control and distribution operations. Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse and shipping experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP, and shipping software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution operations.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time customer shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Lead staff and enforce safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, customer service and transportation providers.
- Analyze operational metrics and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
