MANN+HUMMEL Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for 1st and 2nd shifts to oversee daily outbound operations in the manufacturing facility. You will supervise shipping staff, coordinate with production, and ensure shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on time.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing logistics with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing logistics or shipping; 1–2 years supervisory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, carrier coordination, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred in multicultural workforce settings.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and direct daily shipping activities, including order staging, packing, loading, and carrier scheduling.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality, quantity, and delivery schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and MP&L to align shipping priorities with plant output.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, ASN transmissions, export paperwork, etc.).
