Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a shipping/warehouse lead to ensure the shipping department runs smoothly, adheres to customer specs, and maintains a clean, safe warehouse.

You will supervise shipping associates, coordinate with the Shipping Manager, and ensure forklift safety and proper loading procedures. 3rd shift: 11pm–7am. Strong attendance and forklift certification are required; experience in shipping/warehouse is essential. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in shipping/warehouse operations.
• Forklift operator certification or training required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping department and schedule associates.
• Ensure proper processing, packaging, storage, and loading procedures.
• Maintain communication with Shipping Manager and production supervisors.
• Directly supervise shipping associates and ensure orders are billed and shipped correctly.
