Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk on 2nd or 3rd shift to move finished goods from production to the warehouse and to customers. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely handling in a high-volume environment.

You will operate the Aisle Master forklift, scan inventory, pick releases, generate Bills of Lading, and maintain detailed logs to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and compliance with shipping standards.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for shipping docs and scans.
• Strong communication with dispatchers and supervisors.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (2 PM–10 PM or 10 PM–6 AM).
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Aisle Master forklift to unload/position goods in warehouse.
• Use scanning to track inventory and ensure real-time accuracy.
• Accurately pick customer releases and stage for transport.
• Verify labeling and generate Bills of Lading for compliance.
• Apply protective materials to loads and maintain safety.
• Maintain logs of load/unload times and inspections.
