Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Shipping Clerk to move finished goods from production to the warehouse and on to customers. You will operate an Aisle Master forklift, track inventory with scanners, and ensure 100% accuracy under safety protocols.

You will verify labels, generate BOLs, and keep detailed loading logs while working a 3rd shift schedule with overtime as needed. Prior warehouse experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.
• Basic computer literacy for shipping documents and scans.
• Strong verbal and written communication with dispatch and supervisors.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM Sun-Thu) with overtime as needed.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Aisle Master forklift to unload and place goods in the warehouse.
• Use scanning tech to track inventory items and maintain real-time accuracy.
• Accurately pick customer releases and stage products per load maps.
• Verify labeling and generate Bills of Lading for compliance.
• Apply protective materials to loads and document loading/unloading activity.
• Maintain logs of items moved, timestamps, and equipment inspections.
