Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator in Hatfield. The role is hands-on, responsible for receiving, storing, inventory control and despatch of technical equipment. You will book stock in WMS/ERP, prepare shipments and liaise with managers and suppliers.

Experience in warehouse, shipping or logistics is required; knowledge of WMS/ERP and Excel is advantageous. UK citizenship and own transport preferred due to site location.

Qualifications

Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator - Contract
Location: Hatfield

We are recruiting an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator for an international technology business.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control and despatch of technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders
• Book stock accurately into the WMS/ERP system
• Maintain inventory quantities, locations and traceability
• Prepare goods, documentation and labels for despatch
• Arrange collections and track shipments through to delivery
• Liaise with internal managers, suppliers and logistics providers
• Experience required
• Previous warehouse, stores, shipping or logistics experience
• Good WMS, ERP and inventory-control knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accurate administration
• Confident working independently and dealing with senior stakeholders
• Microsoft Office and Excel experience

Experience within technical manufacturing would be advantageous. Export-control knowledge and a counterbalance forklift licence would also be beneficial.
