About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Shipping and Warehouse Associate

• Pay Rate Range:$18/Hour

• Location:Maple Plain, MN

• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 5:30AM-4PM with optional O/T

• Position Type:Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and the ability to interact professionally with coworkers.
2. Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on your own and be self-directed
4. Prior experience with picking, packing and shipping is a plus.
5. Able to lift 40lbs frequently and daily
6. Reliable team member with a good work record
7. Ability to stay on their feet for most of the day

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure shipments are accurate, on-time and meeting customer specifications
2. Utilize our ERP system to generate reports and process shipments
3. Pick and pack products for shipment
4. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory.
5. Other duties as assigned
