Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

The Warehouse Associate/Shipping Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and teamwork.

Key Accountabilities as Shipping Clerk:

• Create and print shipping labels using platforms like FedEx, UPS, vendor scheduling, ERP, and other shipping software.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and resolve any shipping issues or delays.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and handled and stored safely to prevent damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).

Key Accountabilities as Warehouse Associate:

• Cycle Counting
• Receiving
• Order Fulfillment/ Packaging
• Stocking

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, racking, aisles and overall warehouse.
• Continually look for ways to improve processes and systems to make them more efficient and effective.
• Comply with quality and safety standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Regularly communicate with other internal departments regarding product information, customer requirements or vendor information.
• May assist the production team in production of custom packaging products, including machine operating and assembly as needed.

Salary Transparency

The pay range for this position is $20-22/hour. Please note that the higher end of the pay range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications that exceed the requirements of the role. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure. In addition, this position may be eligible for an additional monthly incentive, contingent upon the achievement of departmental goals. This incentive is not guaranteed and is based on the performance of the department in meeting predetermined objectives. Further details about the incentive program will be provided during the interview process or upon hire. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, procedure manuals, etc. at a fast pace.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and efficiently.
• Basic level computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to pass and maintain Forklift certification. Forklift experience preferred.
• Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and reach.
• Ability to regularly lift 20 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Indoor general warehouse environment. Temperature fluctuation due to dock doors opening and closing.
• On your feet approximately 8 hours per day.
