Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs for inventory accuracy, preparing loads for shipments, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Essential Functions

• Receive all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
• Rebuild damaged pallets and process RMAs.
• Optimize storage and handle quality issues.
• Validate SKUs in WMS and correct LGV alarms.
• Unload goods, maintain storage areas, and ensure safety standards.
• Operate forklifts as needed and facilitate flow of information for timely shipments.
• Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure regular attendance and communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 0 years in manufacturing or similar environment, experience in the role, managing people/projects.

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years in similar roles, managing people/projects.
