Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Distribution Associate to support North America shipments in a fast-paced environment. You will handle import/export paperwork, match shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Proficient with PC and Internet; Excel and pivot table skills.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Match bills-of-lading, manifests, invoices and packing slips.
• Match bills-of-lading/packing slips to invoices for payment.
• Contact freight carriers for outbound shipments.
• Prepare export paperwork and ship documents.
• Maintain logs of carrier calls and PO approvals.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Overtime as needed; ensure routing and documentation accuracy.
