Job summary

LVMH Beauty North America is seeking a Line Support associate in Cranbury, NJ, to monitor and optimize order picking and packing operations in a fragrance-filled distribution center. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, support replenishment, and maintain SLA-driven timelines.

This role requires 2 years of DC experience, strong Excel and computer literacy, and discretion handling confidential information. It is a 2nd shift position with an hourly rate of $20.75.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good understanding of computer systems.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the continuous operation of the picking area to ensure coverage meets order demands.
• Pick and pack orders from various pick locations including FMR/Bulk MEP.
• Process daily orders with priority sequencing and special instructions.
• Monitor efficiency and report findings to management.
• Fill picking locations as needed and coordinate with replenishment to fulfill orders.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain required order commitments by meeting SLA timelines.
