Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is hiring for an Order Picking & Packing Specialist in its North America operations. This role supports fulfillment of luxury cosmetics orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery during the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include selecting and packing orders, handling customization tasks like engraving and embroidery, and providing operational support to meet SLA, while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Confidential information handled with discretion.
• 6–12 months of e-commerce fulfillment experience in luxury retail or cosmetics.
• Personalization/customization experience is a plus.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills needed for customization work.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing according to priority flow and guidelines.
• Follow Art of Gifting standards and ensure order presentation quality.
• Support customization workflows (engraving/embroidery, gift messages).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization at the workstation.
• Assist with missing pieces investigations and SLA adherence.
