The role emphasizes following SOPs, using measuring tools, and working with shipping software to generate documents. You will collaborate with team leads to meet daily goals on a manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use shipping or inventory systems.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Package orders using appropriate materials for safe delivery.
• Determine optimal package size and shipping method based on contents.
• Verify part counts and perform final inspections for quality.
• Prepare pallets for efficient freight shipments.
• Process shipping documents and update shipment details in internal systems.
• Assist with inventory tracking and basic control tasks.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per LEAN and 5S.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
