Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Carson City, NV operating Monday through Thursday with shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role focuses on receiving shipments, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse to ensure products move smoothly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with QA/QC training or ASQ CQI as a plus. You should have 1 year of quality inspection experience and 2 years manufacturing experience, plus familiarity

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; ASQ CQI is a plus.
1 year quality inspection experience preferred; 2 years manufacturing experience required.
Ability to read drawings, work instructions, and basic reports.

Responsibilities

Check parts and products using measuring tools to ensure drawings and customer requirements are met.
Perform inspections during production, final inspections, and shipping inspections before customer delivery.
Create inspection reports, certificates, and quality records and enter data into the ERP system.
Review paperwork for accuracy and ensure documents are complete before shipment.
Identify and report damaged or non-conforming parts and help track quality issues.
Collaborate with team members and customers, follow safety rules, keep the area clean and organized.
