Job summary

Signature-Solar-LLC in Reno, NV is seeking a Shipping Specialist for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST). You will be integral in getting products for our customers on time by preparing shipping documents and scheduling outbound shipments for customers, and you will compute freight costs and document inventory to guarantee every package reaches its destination.

Key Responsibilities include creating shipping documents, scheduling trucks (LTL, FTL, and parcel), confirming shipments through logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or related field.
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents and schedule outbound shipments.
• Assign outbound shipment methods based on price, service, and timing.
• Communicate daily with Manager on order and shipping status.
