Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping work assignments to meet department goals.
• Create and verify shipments; manage inventory transactions.
• Train new Material Handler I and II employees.
• Monitor trailer movements and dock operations; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare required documentation and reports; uphold PLA policies.
