Job summary

MITER Brands, including MI Windows and Doors, is seeking a Team Leader for the Shipping department in Flower Mound, TX. You will oversee loading, staging, and distribution, guiding a team of five or more to meet production schedules.

You will ensure safety, training, and quality standards are followed, while coordinating with supervisors and other departments to optimize shipments and reduce damages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Shipping/loading process knowledge is a plus.
• Forklift experience and valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to train and motivate department personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of five or more team members in Shipping.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and loading operations.
• Enforce a safety-first culture and proper lifting techniques.
• Review records and reports related to shipping and production.
• Coach, train, and discipline team members.
• Communicate effectively with subordinates and leaders.
