Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Warehouse Associates to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Serve as the primary back-up to the Shipping Supervisor, ensuring continuity of shipping operations.
• Allocate daily work based on the shipping schedule to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Pick, package, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment, ensuring damage-free delivery.
• Load and unload trucks, maintain material flow, and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
• Issue and enter packing slips, shipping photos, and order details into the ERP system with accuracy.
• Audit outgoing orders to ensure all items are complete, properly packaged, and documented.
• Communicate shipping updates, delays, shortages, BOM discrepancies, and quality concerns to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Track out-of-stock items and coordinate replenishment to fulfill specific orders.
• Partner with the Logistics team to schedule outbound shipments and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S principles.
• Drive continuous improvement across shipping workflows and the small parts area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
