Job summary

The role requires forklift experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory shipping or warehouse setting, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or shipping supervisory experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to train others.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Warehouse Associates to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Serve as primary back-up to Shipping Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations.
• Allocate daily work based on shipping schedule to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Pick, package, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment with damage-free delivery.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain inventory flow and accessibility.
• Enter packing slips, shipping photos, and order details into ERP with accuracy.
• Audit outgoing orders for completeness and proper documentation.
