ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mississippi to lead distribution associates and drive safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping across daily operations.

You will guide shift teams, participate in pre-shift briefings, monitor performance, and coordinate staffing and workload plans to ensure on-time delivery. This onsite role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and warehouse systems; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible to work different shifts or overtime with short notice.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct distribution associates to meet safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping goals.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and communicate daily plans and staffing needs.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Ensure on-time delivery and efficient flow of daily operations.
• Assist with shift planning, workloads, and problem resolution.
