ABB Inc. in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift to plan workload, supervise associates, and utilize the WMS to track orders, inventory, and labor.

You will coach Team Leaders, conduct performance appraisals, and lead safety initiatives while supporting facility-wide improvement projects. A minimum of 3 years in distribution supervision is required, with a Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years distribution or manufacturing supervision experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving tools experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and well organized.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder or other WMS.

Responsabilités

• Plan workload, staffing, and service priorities; adjust resources as conditions change.
• Supervise warehouse associates; ensure adherence to schedule and procedures.
• Use WMS to track orders, inventory and labor; maintain records and shift reports.
• Train and coach Team Leaders to perform assigned duties.
• Conduct performance appraisals for hourly staff.
• Provide coaching and developmental opportunities.
• Lead daily shift handoff meetings for continuity of operations.
• Promote safe work practices and incident reporting with site HSE leader.
• Participate in facility-wide improvement projects.
