Qualifications

• Three-plus years in a manufacturing leadership role with multi-line responsibility.
• Strong lean process improvement background.
• Effective communicator capable of teaching and generating results.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, orientation, training, and team member development.
• Plan departmental operations by establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Develop and/or revise standard operating practices and observe workers for compliance.
• Ensure plant staff enforce safety rules and conduct guidelines.
• Interview, hire, train, terminate, discipline, and coach employees.
• Motivate employees to achieve results.
