Job summary

Rite-Hite Company in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to coordinate all transportation for product delivery and ensure on-time performance.

You will review notices, bills of lading, and orders; act as the primary contact for carriers and customers; and use JDE to create BOLs and ship confirms, with MS Excel/Word daily use. Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and material identities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping for product delivery and determine priorities.
• Review carrier routings, shipment dimensions and weight.
• Serve as primary contact for carriers and customers.
• Create BOLs and ship confirmations using JDE, with MS Excel/Word support.
• Aim for on-time delivery and compliant export documentation.
