Cooper Machinery Services seeks a Shipping Supervisor to lead the team responsible for getting products out the door, on time and in compliance. You will own shipping operations from shop floor to carrier, driving efficiency and accuracy while guiding a hands-on crew and enforcing safety and procedures.

The role demands a proven leader with experience in shipping, logistics and inventory, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• 3–5 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, with some supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics and inventory concepts; proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shipping team and oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment, equipment, documentation, and safety.
• Drive improvements in shipping efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure sales orders and shipping documents are accurate before loading or delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy to 95%+ and lead annual inventory.
• Keep outbound orders on schedule and document procedures that meet standards and regulations.
