Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, customer orders, and shipping information before shipment.
• Pick, stage, package, label, and secure products for shipment.
• Coordinate shipments and pickups with freight carriers and transportation providers.
• Enter shipping information into ERP, inventory, or shipping systems.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain organized and clean shipping and staging areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Receiving, and Customer Service to meet shipping requirements.
• Follow company safety, quality, and shipping procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
