Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with inventory management databases and software.
• ERP systems and inventory control experience preferred.
• Barcode scanning systems and electronic inventory transactions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Warehouse safety practices and material handling knowledge preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments; verify contents against POs and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Record received materials in ERP/inventory systems; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse for proper storage and handling.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all shipments and documentation.
• Prepare and file receiving reports and inspection records.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are labeled, organized, and available for production.
• Operate barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, safe receiving area and practices.
• Assist with material movement and warehouse operations as needed.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure receiving activities support safety and quality commitments.
