Job summary

Zenni Optical seeks a Shipping Specialist to join our Obetz, Ohio facility. The role is onsite, with typical hours Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm and overtime as needed. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will scan and verify orders, track shipments, and collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer software skills (Windows, Excel etc.).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and able to identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify orders.
• Ticketing and picking; ensure order accuracy.
• Inspect labels, barcodes and features of orders.
• Use software to track, route and prioritize orders.
• Organize receipted goods to correct locations.
• Maintain housekeeping; follow 6S.
• Meet daily/monthly KPIs and policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse and managers to improve processes.
• Resolve issues with shipped orders; report activities.
