Zenni Optical in Obetz, Ohio is seeking a motivated Surface Operator II (Machine Operator) to learn and grow in the optical field onsite. The Obetz facility is brand‑new and climate‑controlled, with free daily meals and snacks and opportunities to advance based on performance. Shift is Friday through Sunday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm (overtime may occur).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to calibrate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to follow instructions and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate production machines.
• Light maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• Troubleshoot root cause issues and input corrective actions.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to 6S practices.
