Zenni Optical in Novato, CA is seeking a Shipping Specialist to ensure accurate warehouse operations. You will receive and process stock, pick and fill orders, pack and ship, handle returns, and maintain inventory with cycle counts and safe, organized storage.

The role requires familiarity with MS Office and inventory software, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and excellent teamwork and communication to support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Handle customer returns.
• Pack and ship orders in a timely manner.
• Receive inbound containers of product.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the Novato warehouse and facilities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Be flexible and learn new tasks and procedures as required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
