Zenni Optical in Obetz, Ohio is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee a fast-paced optical manufacturing line. The role focuses on line flow, training, audits, and KPI delivery.

You will work Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:30pm with overtime and weekend availability; compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour based on experience. Join a facility known for speed, accuracy, and affordable eyewear.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong safety practices and incident prevention.
• Leadership experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow.
• Assist in training employees and perform audits.
• Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met.
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (Health & Safety).
