Zenni Optical seeks an Assembly Technician to join our Obetz, Ohio team onsite. You’ll learn and grow in the optical field, with a climate-controlled facility, meals provided, and opportunities to advance based on performance. Shift: Mon–Thu 7:00–5:30, requires overtime and weekend availability. Compensation: $17–$19/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Proactive and capable of identifying and solving problems.
• Able to follow instructions and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders.
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines.
• Beginner level mounting lenses into frames.
• Placing receipted goods in correct locations.
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S.
• Meet daily/monthly KPIs.
• Adhere to company policies, health & safety.
• Report to management on activities and issues.
• Inter-department collaboration.
