Job summary

Permobil, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Shipping Specialist to accurately pick items from inventory, verify codes, and prepare shipments using shipping software.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work Monday–Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime as needed, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time dispatch while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse/shipping experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and scanning device skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
• Pack items securely and prepare for shipment.
• Label packages correctly and ship using shipping software.
• Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely dispatch.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Pay Range: $22 to $23 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Must have the ability to work overtime hours.)
