Job summary

Gogo-Business-Aviation is seeking a Shipping Specialist to manage daily shipment requirements and perform look-ahead order reviews to meet OTTR targets. You will prepare packages, validate contents, and ensure proper documentation and labeling for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires at least 2 years in shipping/logistics, knowledge of ACE/AES, and familiarity with various carrier portals.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of shipping/logistics experience.
• Experience with ACE portal, commercial invoices, and waybills preferred.
• Knowledge of export controls/regulations and ESD/FOD handling is needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments by validating contents, creating labels, and verifying certificates.
• Ship and track domestic and international orders to meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with carriers and use portals for shipping, documentation, and tracking.

We will be accepting applications through August 29, 2026 or until filled.- - -The Gogo Shipping Specialist effectively manages the daily shipment requirements for the company and conducts look-ahead order reviews to meet both customer dock dates and site’s on-time-to request (OTTR) targets. You will pack and stock Finished Goods with particular attention to product preservation.Are you someone who if focused on continuous improvement and wants to make an impact?COME ON BOARD THE GOGO MATERIALS & LOGISTICS TEAM!How will you make a difference?Prepare packages for shipments by validating and prepping contents, creating box labels, and confirming that all accompanying certificates and forms are accurateResponsible for shipping and tracking domestic and international shipments to ensure customer requested delivery dates are metSelect the appropriate approved carrier and service level for each shipmentRegularly use FedEx Shipping Manager, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarder portalsCreate customs documentation such as the ACE/AES export filing, commercial invoices, and waybillsMonitor and maintain appropriate levels of packing and shipping suppliesEnsure product preservation requirements are met. This includes applying safe handling techniques and following ESD and FOD protocols as applicableFacilitate and champion continuous improvement activities.
