Job summary

Gogo in Colorado is seeking a Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials for projects and manufacturing lines. You will verify goods against orders, maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycles counts in a clean, controlled environment.

Qualifications include 1–3 years related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with ERP systems like Navision or Business Central.

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • APICS Certification a plus.
  • Pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile or Propel PLM and Navision or Business Central ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and distribute material to meet production and shipping needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
  • Process shipments to domestic and international customers using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
  • Assist with material movement transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job description

We will be accepting applications through September 18, 2026 or until filled.- - -The Gogo Material Handler performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Check’s goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts items. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Review’s customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.Are you a team player? Then, read on...How will you make a difference?Cross train in material handling areas enough to support as neededMust be willing to be work some weekends and holidays (as needed, on rotation)Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, twist, turn and crawl in/out of tight spaces and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Will be working in office, lab and manufacturing environmentsMaintain AS9100 requirements and certificationAssist with physical inventory requirements, and perform cycle counts as requiredEnsures material movement transactions are completed correctly to maintain inventory accuracyDeliver incoming material to the proper recipient in a timely manner as indicated by shipping information to meet requirements of various projects, manufacturing work, and/or purchase orders/transfer orders.Help keep the warehouse area clean by disposing of empty boxes/trash and general cleanup/organization. ReceivingDaily processing of material receipts to ensure PO’s/receivers are accurateDeliver incoming material to the proper recipient in a timely mannerProcess RMA material to ensure that these materials are handled in a timely and correct manner to ensure customer requirements and Failure Analysis requirements are met ShippingEnsure daily shipments of all products are processed in a timely manner to assure on-time-shipments and the processed orders are correct and completeShipping of product to both Domestic and International Customers using UPS, FedEx and other carriers as requiredPrepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, and packing product StockroomProcess completed racks from production and incoming inspection placing material in correct locations/binsPull production orders (kits) per daily priority listMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventoryQualifications1-3 years of related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent work experienceAbility to be on feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbsRequired Skills, Talents & ExperienceProficient computer skills with Microsoft Office software applicationsRelates well with other people and serves well as a team memberDemonstrates solid verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailsAccountable and dependableFamiliar with ISO9000/9001 (AS9100 preferred) requirementsPreferred Skills, Talents & ExperienceAPICS Certification a plusPallet jack and/or Forklift experience is preferredExperience with Agile or Propel PLM and Navision or Business Central ERP systems preferredEqual Pay Disclosure(s)Base Pay :21.60 - 27.00 USD HourlyTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive :Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)Eligible for Incentive Stock Program :YesBenefits :Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
