Shape Corp. is seeking a PC&L Team Leader to manage shipping and receiving operations, train associates, and ensure adherence to standardized work. The role focuses on meeting KPI targets, driving problem solving, and maintaining accurate inventory and processes across shifts.

The ideal candidate will lead lean manufacturing activities, train team members, and collaborate with supervisors to improve efficiency and workflow within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Proven ability to train and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming/outgoing materials transactions accurately and safely.
• Lead shift start meetings and communicate production levels and issues.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
• Support 5S and lean initiatives.
• Perform monthly inventory of Shipping & Receiving.
• Develop and update standardized work.
