Job summary

Tate Americas, a key business within Kingspan Data Solutions, is hiring a Shipping Lead to coordinate daily outbound operations and ensure accurate shipments. The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to manage a fast-paced packing and shipping workflow.

Applicants should have 2+ years in shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and supervisory experience, with a focus on accuracy, inventory control, and teamwork. This full-time position is based in Paragould, AR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years team lead or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience.
• 2+ years inventory experience.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be detail oriented, efficient, and able to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Manage the picking and packing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Organize staff, maintain inventory records and address issues during picking/packing.
• Train new staff in the picking and packing process, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to.
