Job summary

Tate Americas, a Kingspan Data Solutions unit, seeks a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Glasgow, KY to oversee shipping/receiving activities and ensure accurate data entry, inventory integrity, and timely shipments.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years of warehouse/shipping experience, prior supervision, a valid driver's license, and ability to operate forklift and overhead crane, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse and Shipping experience
• Current and valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervision experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving activities and related paperwork
• Coordinate trucking schedules and loads; load/unload trucks safely
• Enter received materials into the inventory system accurately
• Lead and assign work to shipping/receiving associates and track attendance/vacation
• Ensure SOPs, MOPs and safety policies are followed
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice reconciliation when needed
