Job summary

Tate Americas, a Kingspan Data Solutions business, is seeking a Team Leader Shipping and Receiving for the 1st shift at Paragould, AR. You will coordinate daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, and processing orders, and supervise a team of pickers and packers under the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of team leadership, forklift experience, and shipping/receiving experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years team lead or supervisory experience
• 2+ years forklift experience
• 2+ years shipping and receiving, incl. shipping/receiving software and ERP systems
• 2+ years inventory experience
• Must have basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the picking and packing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Organizing staff, maintaining inventory records and addressing any issues that arise during the picking and packing process.
• Train new staff in the picking and packing process, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to
