Job summary

Peli BioThermal is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Maple Grove, MN. You will lead daily shipping and receiving operations, supervise team leads, and coordinate domestic and international shipments to support production and delivery schedules.

The role requires a 2-year degree, 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics, and strong knowledge of SAP and warehouse operations. A focus on process improvements and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year business or technical degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or logistics.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP, ISO, quality systems, and compliance standards.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and 6S principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations to support production schedules, customer deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise Shipping & Receiving Team Leads and associates to ensure goals, safety, and quality are met.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, scheduling transportation, tracking deliveries, and managing outbound orders through SAP.
• Oversee receiving activities including inventory verification, goods receipt processing, and material put-away.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure material flow and shipment execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, shipping accuracy, and process optimization.
• Train, coach, and support employees on SOPs, safety, warehouse operations, and shipping best practices.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, QMS, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform outbound freight audits to ensure accurate shipments prior to release.
• Verify product numbers and shipment quantities against packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Conduct visual inspections of outbound freight for damage or packaging concerns.
• Maintain high standards for shipment accuracy, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
