Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee operations at the service center, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, and data accuracy. The role interfaces with peers, managers and customers and ensures DOT compliance and proper documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in administrative leadership, experience with Salesforce and transportation management software, and a willingness to train staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing administrative tasks and office management.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Experience with transportation management software and DOT regulations preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce, Preview, SPAK, and Steriwise required.
• Experience in hazardous waste management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations ensuring accuracy and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate service center workflow and inventory management.
• Maintain data accuracy in logs, manifests, and reporting systems.
• Provide leadership coaching and performance appraisals.
• Support recruitment and hiring of shipping/receiving staff.
