Job summary

Clean Earth, Inc. (Veolia North America) seeks a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for the Indianapolis service center. Lead shipping/receiving, inventory, and DOT compliance, while guiding a team and maintaining accurate data and documentation.

Role requires 2+ years in admin/leadership and experience with transportation software; strong communication and safety focus are essential. On-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years providing administrative tasks and office management.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Experience with transportation management software and DOT regulations.
• Experience using Salesforce, Preview, SPAK and Steriwise or similar systems.
• Knowledge of CORE and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is a plus.
• Understanding of the waste management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure compliant, accurate operations.
• Manage yard activities, inventory, and office supplies including PPE.
• Review driver logs for DOT compliance and coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain electronic/paper files and daily reports for inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; participate in hiring and training.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the service center.
