Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure on-time delivery performance. You will coordinate with plant operations, transportation teams, and carriers to keep shipments on schedule and compliant with DOT/ EPA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, with 3+ years in shipping/receiving, and are proficient in Excel and Word. Hazmat certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, with at least 3 years in Shipping/Receiving or DC Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word required.
• JD Edwards experience is a plus; Hazmat certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Coordinate with plant operations, HQ transport teams, and carriers to schedule and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
• Conduct weekly safety audits and enforce a safe, compliant work environment.
• Manage aged inventory and ensure FIFO, minimizing waste and scrapping.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff, assigning work and monitoring performance.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support team goals.
